Our Facilities
Ward Research has a focus group facility and a calling center located across the Regal Dole Cannery, with convenient parking for your Oʻahu research needs. Ward Research also works with various facilities and vendors on all of the islands if you are conducting research outside of Honolulu.
The Ward Research Calling Center is located in our Honolulu office. This Calling Center allows for the 100% monitoring of calls, through a combination of observational and electronic means. The Center is equipped with a 12-station CATI system (Computer Aided Telephone Interviewing). Calling capacity can be increased to 20+ seats if needed.
Focus groups are held in the Ward Research focus group facility at our Iwilei headquarters. This facility features a conference room, sound system, one-way mirror and viewing room. The viewing room can comfortably accommodate 12 persons, with interested Clients encouraged to attend and observe the discussion.
